Baby Boom!

During my recent trip to Mara was very pleased to see in abundance the number of Elephants in the park with their new born calves.
Although poaching of elephants is a very serious menace to the survival of the species, lets hope that the new Wildlife Act which has just been enacted by the Kenyan Parliament acts as a deterrent to the poachers.
Under the new laws a Chinese man was in court last week and was slapped with a fine of over Kenya shillings 20 million.
Lets pray and hope that our future generations get to see and enjoy the lovely sights we get to see in our National Parks.
